Adieu

ADIEU

The time has come to bid adieu, 

And usher in the year new.

As we step into the year,

Let us hark back once my dear,

To those whom we left behind,

A little time let us rewind.

Remember please the loss and pain,

But never forget to smile again.

Look forward to the happy cheers,

Yet spare a thought and shed some tears,

For that which was once and never shall be,

Real again, except in memory.
